Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility:
The promotion is open to all registered BetNow account holders who meet the following criteria: (a) received an invitation via email, autodialer, or SMS; (b) make a deposit of $50 or more between 10/21/25 and 11/02/25; (c) remain an active customer (see help for active customer rule). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Participation & Chances to Win:
Participants’ chances of winning increase with the number of qualifying deposits made during the promotion period. Each deposit of $50 or more counts as an additional entry into the giveaway, increasing the likelihood of winning one of the prizes. The more deposits you make, the higher your chances to be selected as a winner.

3. Prizes & Rollover:

• The top three winners will receive Promobucks as specified above, with a 12x rollover requirement.
• Remaining winners (93 in total) will each receive $150 Promobucks with a 10x rollover.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless BetNow explicitly states otherwise.

4. Winner Announcement & Distribution:
Winners will be selected based on the contest rules and announced within a specified period after the promotion ends. Prizes will be credited to winners’ accounts within 48 hours of the announcement.

5. Disqualification & Violations:
Any abuse, including multi-accounting, bonus manipulation, or activity against the spirit of the promotion, will result in disqualification and possible account suspension.

6. Modification & Termination:
BetNow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, and all decisions are final.
