Terms and Conditions – Deposit & Win Scratch Cards Promotion

1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to all registered BetNow account holders who meet the criteria set forth in the general BetNow Terms of Service. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of BetNow, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs during specific weekends in July and August 2025:

• July 18-20, 2025
• July 25-27, 2025
• August 1-3, 2025
• August 8-10, 2025 *extended*

Deposits made during these weekends will qualify for the promotion. Scratch cards will be credited on the following Tuesday at 1:00 PM CST and must be redeemed by that Friday at 11:59 PM CST.

3. How to Participate

• Customers are invited periodically via autodialer to participate by making at least one real money deposit during the weekend.
• Customers are limited to winning up to 10 prizes per week.
• A maximum of 20 scratch cards will be awarded per customer during each week of the promotion period.
• Each deposit of $20 or more during the promotional weekend will automatically entitle the customer to receive a group of scratch cards, as assigned by the system. Making multiple deposits during the same weekend increases the total number of scratch cards received; however, this does not establish a direct 1:1 correspondence between deposits and scratch cards. Each qualifying deposit guarantees that the customer will receive at least one scratch card.

4. Scratch Card and Prize Redemption

• Scratch cards will be available starting Tuesday at 1:00 PM CST. and must be redeemed by Friday at 11:59 PM CST.
• Winners will be notified via SMS when their scratch cards are ready for redemption.
• To reveal the prize, access https://www.bnlive.tv/scratch.
• All scratch cards must be redeemed by Friday at 11:59 PM CST.
• Prizes won will be credited in promo bucks to your BetNow account within 24 hours of redemption.

5. Prize Structure

Grand prizes of $25,000 PromoBucks or $50,000 PromoBucks will be paid in equal monthly installments over six months.

• For the $25,000 PromoBucks prize: $4,167 PromoBucks per month.
• For the $50,000 PromoBucks prize: $8,333 PromoBucks per month.

To be eligible to receive each monthly installment, the customer must remain an active account holder throughout the entire distribution period. Failure to maintain activity will result in the forfeiture of any remaining prize installments.

• Other prizes:

• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise determined by BetNow.
• 6. Limits

• Customers are limited to winning up to 10 prizes per week.
• Customers can receive up to 20 scratch cards throughout the entire promotion period.

• 7. Abuse and Disqualification
  Activities such as multi-accounting, bonus manipulation, or any activity deemed to violate the spirit of the promotion will result in disqualification and potential account closure.
• 8. Modification and Termination
  BetNow reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by BetNow are final and binding.
• 9. Amendments to the Terms
  BetNow may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time during the promotion period. Participants are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
• 10. General Conditions

• The promotion is governed by BetNow's final decision-making authority.
• All fraudulent or abusive activity will lead to disqualification.
• Customers agree that their participation indicates acceptance of these terms.
