Deposit & Win Scratch Cards.
This "Scratch & Win" promotion (the "Promotion") is offered by BetNow (the "Company"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "T&Cs"). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility:
- The Promotion is open to all registered BetNow account holders who are eligible to participate in promotions as per the general BetNow Terms of Service.
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of BetNow, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period:
- The Promotion begins on March 28th at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 27th at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion will be active on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during these dates.
3. How to Participate:
- Invitation Process: Every week, a list of random players will be selected and invited to participate in the Promotion. Invitations will be sent via autodialer, encouraging players to make a deposit during the weekend.
- To earn your set of scratch cards, make a single real money deposit of $20 or more into your BetNow account during the Promotion Period.
- Only one set of scratch cards will be awarded per customer during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of deposits made after the initial qualifying deposit.
- For your qualifying deposit of $20 or more, you will receive a virtual scratch card, available the following Wednesday at 1:00 PM CST.
4. Scratch Card and Prize Redemption:
- Redemption Window: Scratch cards will be available starting the following Wednesday and must be redeemed by the same Friday at 11:59 PM CST.
- To reveal the prize, click on the scratch card.
- Prizes won will be available for redemption in your BetNow account within 24 hours of the scratch card being revealed.
- Winners will be notified via SMS once their scratch card is available.
- To scratch your card(s), you must access https://www.bnlive.tv/scratch.
5. Prize Structure:
- The prizes available to be won in the Promotion are detailed in the prize table below:

- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated by BetNow in its sole discretion.
- In the event of winning the grand prize of $25,000.00 PromoBucks, you must remain an active customer. BetNow will release your prize in increments of $1,000 PromoBucks per month until the full amount is paid. Failure to comply with the active customer rule will automatically forfeit your right to receive the remaining prize.
6. Abuse and Disqualification:
- Any abuse of the Promotion, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus manipulation, or any other activity deemed by BetNow to be against the spirit of the Promotion, will result in disqualification and possible account closure.
7. Modification and Termination:
- BetNow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of BetNow's judges is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions:
- BetNow may modify these T&Cs at any point during the Promotion Period. Participants are responsible for staying informed of any changes.
