Horse Racing Betting Rules

The following rules apply to horse racing wagers placed through the BetNow Racebook.

Wager Placement

• Horse racing wagers must be placed at least one minute before the race begins.
• Wagers placed after the start of a race will not be accepted.
• A wager is considered accepted only after the customer receives a confirmation wager number from BetNow.
• Once a wager has been accepted, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Race Results and Account Updates

Racetrack updates are generally posted within 20 minutes to approximately one hour after a race. Customer accounts will be updated accordingly.

Payoffs cannot be determined before the race begins and cannot be issued until the official result has been confirmed.

Scratches and Entries

• A scratched horse without an entry will be considered No Play.
• Wagers placed on valid entries within the designated time frame will remain active.

Postponed or Delayed Races

If a race is postponed or delayed for more than 12 hours, it will be considered No Action, and the applicable wager will be credited back to the customer's account.

Suspended or Amended Race Results

Postponed races, races run under protest, race-result reversals, overturned race decisions, or races where scoring has been revised will not be recognized for horse betting purposes.

Account and Betting Limits

BetNow reserves the right to impose wagering limits on individual accounts.

Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent established wagering limits is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, the applicable wagers may be declared invalid.

Incorrect Account Credits

Customers are responsible for notifying BetNow if any funds are incorrectly credited to their accounts.

Any funds credited in error may be corrected or removed from the account.

Errors and Corrections

BetNow makes every effort to ensure that all information displayed on the website is accurate and timely.

However, if incorrect pricing, race conditions, or other racing information is displayed, BetNow reserves the right to correct the information and settle previously placed wagers using the correct price.
